Harbhajan Singh ETO bats for speed up construction of Makhu Railway Over Bridge

Chandigarh, March 21           Punjab Public Works Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO on Friday said that the construction of the much-awaited Railway Over Bridge (ROB) on the Harike-Jira-Bathinda section of NH 54 in Makhu will begin within a week. The Minister made this announcement in response to a question raised by MLA Naresh Kataria during the ongoing session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha.            Mr. Harbhajan Singh ETO stated that all necessary land acquisitions for the project have been completed and the construction contract has been awarded.
