CHANDIGARH/AMRITSAR, October 23:           In an intelligence based operation amidst the ongoing anti-drugs Yudh Nashian Virudh campaign launched on the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Amritsar Commissionerate Police has busted a cross-border narcotics smuggling module with the arrest of a drug kingpin and recovered 5.025 kg Heroin from his possession, said Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav here on Thursday.           The arrested accused has been identified as Rajpal Singh (25), a resident of Majid Building in Chheharta, Amritsar.
