CHANDIGARH, November 19:-           Continuing the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state consecutively for the 263rd day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 298 locations on Wednesday leading to the arrest of 110 drug smugglers after registration of 92 first information reports (FIRs) across the state. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is consistently striving for the welfare and empowerment of women across the state. She said that significant measures are being taken to provide safe and convenient accommodation facilities for working women. Sharing this information, Dr. Baljit Kaur stated that the Punjab Government is constructing five Working Women Hostels at a total cost of ₹150 crore.
