Punjab holds meeting with Tamil Nadu Water Investment Company (TWIC) as part of its ongoing mission to find sustainable solutions for Buddha Dariya and dyeing cluster pollution

Continuing its strong drive to clean and rejuvenate Buddha Dariya and resolve the effluent problems of Ludhiana’s dyeing industry, the Government of Punjab held a detailed interaction on October 8 at MGSIPA, Chandigarh, with the Tamil Nadu Water Investment Company (TWIC) — a joint venture of the Government of Tamil Nadu and IL&FS, known for setting up Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) based Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) in major textile clusters such as Tirupur and Erode.
