CHANDIGARH, March 16:           With the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state entered 16th day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 424 locations on Sunday leading to the arrest of 63 drug smugglers after registration of 45 first information reports (FIRs) across the state. Chandigarh, March 15: With an aim to uplift socio-economic status of livestock farmers of the state by improving the germ plasm of milch animals, Punjab Government will procure around 2 lakh doses of sexed semen worth Rs. 5.3 crore, announced S. Gurmeet Singh Khudian, Minister of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries, Punjab.
