CHANDIGARH, June 17:           With the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged on the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state completed 108 days, Punjab Police on Tuesday arrested 128 drug smugglers and recovered 10.8 kg heroin, 2 kg opium and Rs 2.40 lakh drug money from their possession.
