CHANDIGARH, November 1: With the ongoing decisive war against drugs ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’ launched on the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has completed eight months, Punjab Police has registered 23,164 first information reports (FIRs) and arrested 34,727 drug smugglers leading to the recovery of 1512 kg heroin since March 1, 2025. Vigilance Bureau nabs private individual red-handed accepting Rs 5 lakh bribe for SHO
