Chandigarh, November 9: Punjab Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond today announced that the next phase of Light and Sound Shows, dedicated to the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, will be held on November 11 at Amritsar, Ferozepur, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), and Sangrur. These shows are being organized by the Punjab Government as part of the ongoing series of events commemorating the sacred occasion. Chandigarh, November 8:- In a major milestone, the paddy arrival throughout the mandis is inching towards the coveted 150 Lakh Metric Tonne (LMT) mark. The arrival till date  has crossed the 144 Lakh Metric Tonne mark with over 125 LMT lifted.  Batala (Gurdaspur), November 8:- In another citizen centric initiative, the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday dedicated the newly constructed Tehsil complex here to facilitate the people by providing them all the routine administrative services under a single roof. Interacting with the media persons, the Chief Minister said that the new Tehsil Complex has been constructed at a cost of Rs 10 crore adding that he considers himself fortunate to have received the opportunity to contribute to the development of this sacred city.
