CHANDIGARH, September 24:           Continuing the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state consecutively for the 207th day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 299 locations on Wednesday leading to the arrest of 52 drug smugglers after registration of 36 first information reports (FIRs) across the state. Hardeep Singh Mundian today informed that the flood situation in the State has stabilised as all relief camps have now been closed with the remaining inmates returned to their homes. He said that the supply of essential relief material to the affected families will continue uninterrupted.
