Chandigarh, December 3:- In a major boost to industrial development in the state, the leading Japanese company Toppan Speciality Films Private Limited (TSF) on Wednesday signed Memorandum of Agreement with the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to invest Rs 400 crore in the state as a part of their expansion plan. CHANDIGARH, December 2:- Continuing the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state consecutively for the 276th day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 271 locations on Tuesday leading to the arrest of 83 drug smugglers after registration of 63 first information reports (FIRs) across the state. With this, the number of total drug smugglers arrested has reached to 38,904 in 276 days.
