Chandigarh 4 January – Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini laid the foundation of a 51- foot tall and amazing form of Maa Shabd dedicated to the mother power at Shri Devikup Bhadrakali temple in Kurukshetra on Saturday. During this, the Chief Minister prayed for happiness, peace and progress for the people of the state by offering prayers at the Shaktipeeth established in Shri Devikup Bhadrakali temple amidst chanting of mantras.
The Chief Minister said that the construction of a 51 feet tall and amazing form of the word ‘Maa’ in the courtyard of the world famous Shri Devikup Bhadrakali temple will further enhance the glory of the temple. Lakhs of devotees who come to worship in this temple will take inspiration from this great place of pride of Maa.
After performing the Bhoomi Pujan at the Maha Gaurav Sthal, the Chief Minister offered sacrifices in the Yagna. Here the Chief Minister observed the model of the Maha Gaurav Sthal project dedicated to the mother and got information about the details of the project through a documentary film.
Shri Naib Singh Saini said that out of the 52 Mahashakti Peethas of the country, by performing the Bhoomi Pujan for the establishment of the huge and wonderful form of the word ‘Maa’ in the courtyard of Shri Devikup Bhadrakali Temple in Kurukshetra, we are proud of ourselves I am feeling proud. Maa is not just a word but a mother love of a mother , It is a unique amalgamation of inspiration and love. Every means and resource can be fulfilled in this world but the word mother can never be fulfilled. Maharana Pratap was born from the womb of his mother . A great warrior like Chhatrapati Shivaji was born , That’s why mother’s world of imagination is unlimited.
The Chief Minister said that the State Government honoured the mothers of the players who brought laurels to the state and the country at the international level in Gurugram. Now the entire world should get inspiration from the wonderful and great form of mother from the holy land of Kurukshetra . Work has been done to implement such a project. With the completion of this project, the glory of this temple will increase further and devotees coming from all over the country and abroad will get an opportunity to get inspired as well as seek blessings from the mother.
The Chief Minister said that it is his good fortune that he has got the opportunity to serve the citizens of the state with the blessings of Shri Devikup Bhadrakali Temple and Maa. Every year lakhs of devotees are reaching this world famous temple to offer prayers and this temple is playing an important role in making Kurukshetra famous all over the world.
