Chandigarh, July 9: Punjab Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister, Dr. Baljit Kaur, today said that the Mann Government is making continuous, committed, and result-oriented efforts to make Punjab a child marriage-free state. She informed that a total of 119 cases of child marriage have been successfully prevented through prompt action from 2022 to date. Jalandhar, July 7: DIG Jalandhar Range Naveen Singla visited the spot to inspect the fire incident that occurred last night at Gandhi Nagar in Adampur. On this occasion, SSP Jalandhar Rural Police Harvinder Singh Virk was also present with him.
