Chandigarh, September 26 : Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Friday reviewed the ongoing cleanliness, relief, and rehabilitation efforts across major towns and cities of the state in the aftermath of the recent floods. Chandigarh, September 25, 2025 – The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) has secured a major breakthrough in a corruption case by attaching 8 properties and three bank accounts belonging to former Deputy Director of the Punjab Food and Civil Supplies Department, Rakesh Kumar Singla, his wife Rachna Singla, and their sons Swaraj Singla and Siddarth Singla. CHANDIGARH, September 24:           Continuing the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state consecutively for the 207th day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 299 locations on Wednesday leading to the arrest of 52 drug smugglers after registration of 36 first information reports (FIRs) across the state.
