Chandigarh, May 31: On the sixth day of filing nominations for the 64-Ludhiana West seat of the Punjab Legislative Assembly, six nomination papers have been filed. Punjab’s Chief Electoral Officer Sibin C stated that today, Jatinder Kumar Sharma, candidate from the National Lok Sewa Party, submitted his nomination paper for the 64-Ludhiana West seat. In addition, five independent candidates Paramjit Singh Bharaj, Albert Dua, Kamal Pawar, Rajesh Sharma and Neetu have also filed their nominations. Chandigarh, May 30: A total of three nomination papers were filed on the fifth day of nominations for the 64-Ludhiana West Assembly Constituency by-election. Disclosing this, Chief Electoral Officer Punjab, Sibin C, said that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Mr. Sanjeev Arora and his covering candidate Mr. Kavya Arora submitted their nomination papers today. In addition, an independent candidate, Mr. Chandan, also filed his nomination. With these, the total number of nomination papers filed so far has reached eight.
