Laljit Singh Bhullar today opened a temporary relief camp at Bhaowal village of his Vidhan Sabha constituency Patti, where the relief material brought in various forms by the people will be distributed among the needy within a radius of 30-35 Km. Bhullar said that here, for the service of soil filling on the embankment, if anyone wants to get diesel in his tractor, he will be provided with diesel from this relief camp. CHANDIGARH, September 3: Continuing the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state consecutively for the 186th day, Punjab Police conducted raids at 376 locations on Wednesday leading to the arrest of 83 drug smugglers after registration of 56 first information reports (FIRs) across the state. With this, the number of total drug smugglers arrested has reached to 28,142 in 186 days.
