SAS Nagar (Mohali), March 6: In a move aimed at further making Sahibzada Ajit Nagar (Mohali) a safe and crime free city, the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Thursday inaugurated Phase-I of the City Surveillance and Traffic Management developed at a cost of Rs 21.60 crore. The Chief Minister said that this is a significant step towards enhancing urban surveillance and traffic management. Chandigarh, March 4, 2025 –  The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) during its ongoing drive against corruption, has arrested a private individual, Dharampal, a resident of Village Asmanpur, Pehowa in Haryana, red handed while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 3 lakh. Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the state VB said the ccused has been arrested on the basis of a complainant lodged by a resident of the same village.
