Mann Government Strengthens Anganwadi Services with Pro-People Reforms: Dr. Baljit Kaur
Chandigarh, July 31:
Under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to strengthening Anganwadi services by making them more robust, empowered, and people-centric. In a major move towards this goal, the government will complete the recruitment process for over 5,000 vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers by September 30, 2025.
This was announced by Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur, who stated that a special schedule has been issued for promotions, transfers/adjustments, and compassionate appointments for Anganwadi staff between July 23 and August 15.
