Chandigarh, September 4, 2025 - The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB), in line with the zero tolerance policy adopted by the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab government, has apprehended a private person Rajat Sharma, resident of Basant Nagar, Partap Singh Wala, in Ludhiana city, while he was taking Rs 20000 bribe. The said accused is an accomplice of Amaninder Singh, a Clerk, posted in Tehsil East of DC office Ludhiana who has been booked in this case also.
