Chandigarh, March 3: In a major reprieve to the industrialists of the state, Punjab Cabinet led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Monday gave nod to introduce a historic One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme to resolve more than four decades old pending cases to provide long-awaited relief to industrialists. Chandigarh, March 3:  The Department of Social Security, Women, and Child Development, Punjab, is running the Women Helpline 181 to provide immediate and emergency assistance to women in need across the state. This helpline has proven to be a boon for women facing distress.  Dr. Baljit Kaur, Minister of Social Security, Women, and Child Development, stated that the Punjab government has launched this initiative to offer round-the-clock emergency assistance to women affected by violence.
