CHANDIGARH, June 25:           With the war against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” waged on the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to eradicate drug menace from state completed 116 days, Punjab Police on Wednesday arrested 153 drug smugglers and recovered 1.8 kg heroin, 2.4 kg opium and Rs 28890 drug money from their possession.
