On this occasion, he appealed to all citizens to actively support the initiative. The Education Minister stated that due to recent floods, around 20,000 government schools across Punjab had remained closed for several days. Hardeep Singh Mundian today informed that 48 more villages, 2691 population and 2131 hectares of crops have been affected during the past 24 hours.
