Chandigarh, March 30:  The Punjab Government is launching  the ‘Aarambh’ program, an innovative initiative aimed at encouraging parents to actively participate in their child's learning journey through simple, play-based activities. Social Security, Women, and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur shared this information, stating that this program is a significant step towards strengthening foundational education for children. Sri Muktsar Sahib, March 30: The Punjab Government has released an amount of Rs. 20 crore under the Ashirwad Scheme for the beneficiary families belonging to Scheduled Castes. This was disclosed by Dr. Baljit Kaur, Minister for Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities. Sharing further information, Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur said that during the current financial year 2024-25, an amount of Rs. 20 crore has been released after processing 3,922 applications received from 12 districts under the Ashirwad Scheme.
