Chandigarh April 16, 2025 -  The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) during its ongoing campaign against corruption in the state has arrested Chiman Lal, posted as District Manager, Punjab Scheduled Caste Land Development and Finance Corporation, Tarn Taran, red handed while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 10000. Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the state VB said the arrest was made following a complaint lodged by a complainant from village Gidhri Baghihari, in Tarn Taran district. Chandigarh, 15 April 2025:  The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB), during its ongoing campaign against corruption, on Tuesday, arrested Constable Adarshdeep Singh, posted at CIA-2 Staff, Amritsar for demanding a bribe of Rs. 60,000. Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the state VB said the arrest has been made following a complaint lodged by a complainant, a resident of Amritsar, on the Chief Minister’s Anti Corruption Action Line. Chandigarh, April 15: The trials of Malkhamb (Boys & Girls) sport in respect of Khelo India Youth Games would be held on April 17th at Government Senior Secondary School (Girls) in Gurdaspur. These games would be held in Bihar from May 4th to May 15th, 2025.
